Kiran Bassi joins Lolita Walker in this episode to talk vulnerability in the workplace, sexual harassment, shame, leadership (and lack thereof), ethnic and corporate culture, owning your story and everything in between! Far too often in corporate spaces, we keep our heads down to get the work done, overlooking the bias and bullying that is happening to and around us.
